EFG LONDON  JAZZ  FESTIVAL 2017

I am delighted to be performing in two events for JBGB Events http://jbgbevents.com/  in the EFG London Jazz Festival this year.

On  November 11th at The Other Palace, Palace St. London ,  I will be performing an afternoon concert with my amazing saxophonist brother, Tom, supported by the outstanding trio of Gareth Williams (piano), Steve Watts (bass) and Martin France (drums) .

We will be performing a mixture of jazz favourites and originals and I am looking forward to this so much.

On November 19th  at St Johns Smith Square, before (1.45pm to 2.30pm) the Swinging Afternoon 2.30pm concert – featuring Clare Teal and her Mini Big Band, and then later before (6.45pm to 7.30pm) the Swinging Evening at 7.30pm for the Ella Fitzgerald Centenary Concert – featuring Liane Carroll and Claire Martin, I will be performing as part of the Barford Stoneman Quintet.

‘Led by Joel Barford – drums and Noah Stoneman – piano, the Quintet features Harry Greene – tenor saxophone, BBC Young Jazz Musician of the Year, Alexandra Ridout – trumpet and Miles Mindlin – guitar, playing creative, inventive, stylish be-bop jazz.’
